Shipping Information
All custom block print portraits are shipped free of charge via UPS Ground and will be shipped between 6 to 8 weeks of ordering unless there is a delay receiving a useable photo or other necessary information from you. When your package is shipped you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number and estimated arrival date. Rush orders and rush shipping is available. Please inquire for a quote.
Shipping is charged on all custom Letterpressed notecard sets and all Collection pieces (Collection notecard sets and Collection portraits). Custom letterpressed notecard sets will be shipped between 6 to 8 weeks of ordering unless there is a delay receiving a useable photo or other necessary information from you. Collection items will be shipped via UPS Ground within 5 to 7 business days from ordering. You will receive an email from UPS when your package has shipped.
Return Information
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with all of our products, including custom orders. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it in its original packaging within 2 weeks of its arrival at your address. You must email the artist directly at rigel@rigelstuhmillerportraits.com in order to receive the complete instructions for your return. Custom and collection items may be returned for a refund or store credit. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Before you order, please make sure to look at the before/after images in the informative PDF document and make sure that you are happy with the artist’s rendition of the portraits from the provided photos. With some variation, you can expect your portrait to be similar in style and faithful to the examples shown.
Because each portrait is Rigel’s artistic interpretation of your photo, you should expect some variation between your photo and the finished portrait. Due to the variations of computer monitors as well as variations in hand-mixed inks, please consider the background swatch color a suggestion and not an exact match. You are ordering a 100% hand-made product whose variations ae part of the charm.
