CUSTOM ITEMSAll custom items are shipped via UPS Ground and will be shipped between 6 to 8 weeks of ordering unless there is a delay receiving a useable photo or other necessary information from you. Final shipping costs will be estimated when the cards are ready to mail. When your package is shipped you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number and estimated arrival date. Rush orders and rush shipping is available. Please inquire for a quote.
NON-CUSTOM ITEMSFlat shipping fees are applied to all non-custom purchases shipped within the US. Shipping fees FOR PURCHASES WITHIN THE US are as follows:
- Orders $25 and below = $6.50 shipping
- Orders $100 and below= $5 shipping
- Orders over $100 = FREE SHIPPING
The following are the last dates that purchases can be placed in order to arrive at your destination by Dec 25.
- DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Sunday Dec 18, 2011
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Monday, Nov 28, 2011
Return Information
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with all of our products, including custom orders. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it in its original packaging within 2 weeks of its arrival at your address. You must email the artist directly at rigel@stuhmillerportraits.com in order to receive the complete instructions for your return. Custom and collection items may be returned for a refund or store credit. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Before you order, please make sure to look at the before/after images in the informative PDF document and make sure that you are happy with the artist’s rendition of the portraits from the provided photos. With some variation, you can expect your portrait to be similar in style and faithful to the examples shown.
Because each portrait is Rigel’s artistic interpretation of your photo, you should expect some variation between your photo and the finished portrait. Due to the variations of computer monitors as well as variations in hand-mixed inks, please consider the colors in your proof a suggestion and not an exact match. You are ordering a 100% hand-made product whose variations are part of the charm.
While we offer this guarantee on all of our products, we do request that only serious customers place orders. We hope that you will respect the time involved in this labor-intensive process.
